Cotter DeFehr Architects was established in 1998 combining the expertise of partners Brendan Cotter and Kathryn DeFehr. Both are dedicated to providing the highest level of professional services as well as their commitment to creative and innovative design solutions. Since its inception, Cotter DeFehr Architects has completed over 300 projects globally, with an emphasis on LUXURY retail projects as well as retail roll-outs at different market tiers.

We offer a full range of services, specifically tailored to client’s needs, including architectural design and detailing, concept design and development, global store design and detailing standards, as well as overall project management. Our experience includes work with a number of international fashion and beauty brands, commercial interiors, and residential design.
